Learning IK and a new mechanic!


I've finally finished this semester so I should have a bit more time to work on this project. The first thing I did this week was work on learning how to make an intractable rope. This rope allows the player to swing across gaps. The next feature that I am still working on is Enemy AI using inverse kinematics. I'm taking inspiration from Rainworld's creatures. I made a simple spider creature that uses the A* pathfinding like the other enemies I have. The legs don't move like I want them to and it has trouble moving fast, but I'll keep working on it beginning next week.
